ByAl is dedicated to providing private chef and catering services for small or large events with a focus on fresh and seasonal recipes. I mainly operate within Portugal, where I have been living for the past 6.5 years, although I can relocate for projects. My passion for creating delightful culinary experiences drives me to deliver exceptional service and exquisite flavours to my clients. I take pride in crafting personalised menus that reflect the unique preferences of each event, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
A little bit about me:

Having lived abroad for more than half my life in various countries, my culinary approach is deeply inspired by my travel experiences. I cook intuitively and seasonally, using the fresh ingredients that I can find from local markets. Over the past 15 years, I've had many careers, but cooking is the one that excites and inspires me the most. My favourite thing to do is host and cook seasonal, fresh food for friends at a beautifully set table with stunning views. This is at the core of what I offer as a chef and hostess through my business, BYAL.
